| Yampa Valley Gives Day is our community’s annual day of philanthropy, part of the statewide Colorado Gives Day movement that encourages year-end giving to local nonprofits. This year it will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 9. When you donate to the Yampa River Botanic Park between November 1 and December 9 through our Colorado Gives page, your gift will be boosted by a statewide incentive fund that increases every dollar raised, making your donation go further. You may also qualify for a Colorado Enterprise Zone tax credit. Colorado taxpayers who give $250 or more to the Yampa River Botanic Park Society may qualify for a 25% credit on their state income tax return. To receive this benefit, simply make your qualifying gift and file your Colorado return electronically. Last year, our community raised $20,000 for the Park!
